Hi there,
this is another work for my fantasy portfolio, my references have been: Botticelli, Ingres and Bouguereau, specially the paint called "Bather".
Done in photoshop CS3 with a Wacom Intuos3. I used a standar brush and a snow brush from "Yan Xuenguo's good brush set" to do the water splashes.
I hope you like it :)
